SWIM TEAM 2009
Casey joined the swim team again this summer and being a teenager puts him in a MUCH MORE competitive age group. He was up against 13-17 year olds and he was one of the youngest 13 year olds on the team. But no matter what, he ALWAYS tried his hardest and finished each race with a smile! He did make it to the Finals for the three different strokes he competed in during the preliminaries and he ended up with a 2nd, 3rd and 7th place finish. Now he's looking forward to joining a year-round swim team beginning after Labor Day.....which practices EVERY night for 2 hours. Can't wait!!! :)
GAMETRUCK PARTY
Kyle and Shane actually agreed this year to combine their birthday parties since they share a lot of the same friends. They had 18 boys over to our house and the most awesome GameTruck party ever!!! This is the coolest idea for a boys birthday party.....and the easiest ever for a mom!!! This GameTruck parks right in front of your house for two hours and it has 4 flat screen TV's inside and ANY video games the kids want to play.....plus it was air conditioned. After the GameTruck, presents and cake, the boys all played kickball for over an hour. Definitely was one of our best parties EVER!!!
HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY RY-RY!!!
Ryan's 5th birthday was all about Mickey Mouse and LEGOS!!! Can't believe he's 5 years old already!!! He's soooo ready for Kindergarten.....he thought he could start the day after his birthday cuz you gotta be 5, right?!?! Happy Birthday Ry-Ry!!!
