MOM & SON DATE NIGHT!!!

Ever since seeing the Harlem Globetrotters a few weeks ago, Shane has been hooked on basketball more then ever before. So since the Chicago Bulls were in town, I decided to take him to the Suns/Bulls game. We had great seats....20th row behind the Suns bench! It was a great game....Bulls won after leading the ENTIRE game!!! It was fun to be cheering for the visiting team.....some of the people sitting by us kept giving Shaney a hard time whenever he clapped or yelled for the Bulls. Actually that happened a lot cuz we were sitting amongst all Suns season ticket holders. At first Shane was a little nervous being one of the only people around with a Bulls jersey on but then he had fun trash talking with the Suns fans sitting next to us. I hope it will be a night he'll never forget....I know I won't....I love those one-on-one date nights! Oh yeah, he also got to see Muhamed Ali who was sitting directly across from us in the front row. That was cool too! GO BULLS!

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY DREW!!!

Drew had a great birthday party with lots of presents and yummy cake! He wasn't too sure what to do with the presents but once he saw Ryan opening one, he couldn't tear off the wrapping paper fast enough on all the others. Same goes for the cake.....he wanted nothing to do with until Ryan started eating some. Such the little copycat! We had blown up about 50 balloons to let him play in and all the boys had a blast with those! Funny how much joy balloons can bring to a child! And who would of thought that his big brothers would all have so much fun with toys meant for a two year old? Too funny! Let's just hope that now that he is a big two year old maybe he will start sleeping through the night! UGH.....he's the kid that doesn't need sleep but who is NEVER crabby because of it. (His mommy sure is crabby because of it!) You'd think with all the energy he puts into keeping up with the big kids that he'd be exhausted every night! Nooooo.....the problem is he wants to keep playing with everyone ALL night long! He is getting so big so fast and all of a sudden he is talking a bunch now.....more sentences though then single words which is strange. And of course he has now taken over the title from Ryan as our "Little Boss Man". We love you Drew-Drew....Happy Birthday Mr. Bobblehead! :o)

BEST BUDDIES

Isn't this cute? Drew and his daddy spending their Sunday afternoon watching football from the best spot in the house. Drew will sit and watch any sporting events on TV, more so then any kid shows. :)

WE'LL MISS YOU GRANDPA!

Grandpa Stroh was simply the best grandpa EVER! He will ALWAYS have a very special place inside our hearts! We'll never forget his last visit here to see us this past October. What a hectic weekend that was...one of our busiest ones yet! We had him up early everyday and running all over town to watch the boys football practices and games. That huge grin he had on his face as he watched Kyle dominate during his football game will always be stuck in our minds forever. It was so special for Kyle to have him there and he played his heart out just for his grandpa. Kyle has decided to dedicate all of his future games to Grandpa Stroh....just like he did during his State Championship game. It was all for you, Grandpa! We'll remember how proud he was when he got to see the boys at school accepting their achievement awards. Halloween 2008 will be our most memorable Halloween ever because he was able to tag along for trick-or-treating! Drew and Ryan just couldn't give him enough hugs and kisses and they enjoyed every second that they had playing with him. They were still looking for him in the house several days after he had left. And who could forget that last night he spent with us when Shane so kindly asked if he could cuddle with him in bed. The thought of that still brings tears to our eyes! The boys adored him more then he'll ever know! We've got soooo many wonderful memories to hold on to and cherish FOREVER! We cannot thank him enough for being such a HUGE part of our lives! We know he's going to watch over all of us from above. Please know that not a day will go by that we don't think of you! We miss you soooo much already Grandpa Stroh! WE LOVE YOU!!! Lots and lots of hugs and kisses from your "Stroh Boys"!
